I'm located in GI, NE. My husband has 2 male DD's, one tested, one not tested. I'm getting my first DD pup in April (she was born last weekend) and I'll be testing her next year. She is out of vom Widlflugel Kennels.

Hi All, I live in Maine, about twenty miles from the coast, twenty miles east of Bangor. I'm on my first DD. We have completed VJP, HZP and VGP, so now I'm considering a 20 hour track and at the least, a BTR. As to some of these offers for hunting, maybe late in the summer we could set up some type of swap board for hunts. For instance, I have great Woodcock shooting and good Grouse in my hip pocket, but I hunted in North Dakota a year ago and now I have a major hankering for western landscapes, Sharptails and Pheasants sometime soon. Jeez, I'm slow sometimes. This board won't allow me to post the second part of the name of those little migratory, earthworm eating gamebirds with the long bills. Very funny! Dennis

I thought it was weird when I used the word 'bitch' in the definition of one of the boards and it was replaced with 'pregnant dog' - wondered who was censoring. Then you mentioned the woodcock thing... so I dug into my admin stuff and found they had sample censored words - 1 being 'bitch' another 'cock' - I deleted them. ;D Marty

NW Wisconsin - Shell Lake, WI - Right in the heart of some of the best grouse, woodcock, deer, bear, trout and salmon country you could ask for. On my first DD also and will be running a VGP this fall. Anyone interested in grouse and woodcock hunting in the area should look me up.
