I noticed at the bottom of the screen that there are three birthdays today in our membership here.
Happy Birthday to Greenranch, DDFetter, and Poconodd!
Have a good one!

Jeff:
Happy belated birthday. How old are you or is that a well kept secret?

I’m 48, and now that I removed gluten from my diet I am starting to feel more like 48 instead of 68.

Thanks for the b-day wishes! I turned 27 on Saturday! I have been having problems with my comp. & it has not allowed me to activate this forum for a few weeks now!

Happy Birthday Mikki! Jeff, I also turned 48 this fall. I've cut out sweets and that took years off how I was feeling. It's tough to get old!

Hey Poorfarm, I was blaming sweets for my heart beating hard and beating irregular, spaghetti sauce for giving me heartburn. But after being diagnosed with celiac, I realized it was not the sauce or the sugar but the wheat in the pastries and spaghetti that was killing me. It is relatively new so they say a lot of people have it and not know. It can now be diagnosed with a blood test so it is well worth the time.
